New Plan of attack

I used to pride myself in my shaving routine. I purchased fancy frenchy shaving soaps and used a fancy brush to apply, and shaved with a fancy 7 blade Turbo Mach Extreme! (trade mark, all rights reserved, dot com)

I reconstituted an old blog post for reference…

I moved on to try salon shaving gel, and even experimented with big bags of cheap razors.

The simple fact of the matter is that quality blade-related shaving products cost a lot of money.

It is also a fact that these items, while better than their cheap cousins, are not $20 better.

And no matter how nice the product, they all tear up my skin.

So I switched over. I bought a Braun tonight and tried it out. And you know what? It works pretty well.

Close as a blade? Close enough. Supposedly my beard will adjust or something in 21 odd days. Whatever. It shaves real close

It was recommended to me many moons ago, but I scoffed at the price. But if you do the math, the cost of purchasing these items over the course of a year could buy me three quality electric razors.

An electric razor should last a year to a year and half before it’s blades need replacing…so, here we are Mr. Barrett. Welcome to the future, it’s 1927.
