Awesome read!! If your looking for an interesting Vesper cocktail then please see below This is currently being featured as our cocktail of the week at Beefeater

Instructional video on how to make this cocktail: http://www.beefeatergin.com/mixology/video.php?video=Vesper

Recipe:

3 PARTS Beefeater London Dry Gin

1 PART Stolichnaya Vodka

1/2 PART Lillet Blanc

DASH Angostura bitters (to add a touch of the quinquina that was in the original Kina Lillet formula)

SHAKE All ingredients over ice

STRAIN Into a chilled champagne goblet

GARNISH With a large slice of lemon peel

(Edit: MB - this is a little spammy - but it's a good recipe, so I'll allow it)

To each his own, I spent time over the weekend grinding up 4 whole fryers (20 lbs.) into food for my cats. Raw chicken is so much easier to store when the bones are reduced to many tiny bits.
