This discipline to say “no” is hard to maintain. It’s hard for my company, and it’s hard for me personally. I have half a dozen pet projects I refuse to take out behind the barn and shoot – I mean – take away to live on a farm.
I wonder if the ability to say “no” becomes easier if all the other questions are drowned out by a resounding, singular “yes”.
